Believe it or not this retreat was inspired by a 1998 Guinness commercial directed by Jonathan Glazer. Filmed on location in and around Monopoli. “Good things come to those who wait” and this one has been in the making for over 10 years. It takes 119.5 seconds to pour the perfect pint but the best time is kept when you don’t wind your watch too tight”.
We will swim 4 fabulous locations, fine dine in Ostuni, the Beach Club, and The Villa [amongst others], work on your technique, and stay in a gorgeous house with our own pool, trullo, and olive groves.
